Speedway Public Library declares Schaecher is an authority based on his oratory

The Speedway Public Library was feeling crowded by the swelling of Mr. Schaecher's head from down the street - so to bring him down a few pegs they invited him to speak to the Speedway citizens and any other interested parties on his vast knowledge of architecture. Schaecher graciously accepted the offer and presented "4000 years of architecture in 20 minutes" on August 15 to a non-tomato throwing crowd (the few hecklers on scene, consisting of Schaecher's wife and In-laws, remained quiet with the aid of some duct tape and rope) The presentation was a success and managed to go on till closing time. It did provide some insight to the lay people about how architecture has evolved through the ages through the eyes of a trained professional. It is likely that Mr. Schaecher will provide more magnificent oratory to the masses courtesy of the Speedway Public Library. Stay tuned for date announcements.
